What we do:
PC Networks goal is to solve critical problems for paper-intensive
businesses. The management team at PC Networks realized that in order for
companies to remain competitive and grow, while also
increasing productivity and customer service, they had to deploy technology to handle the
massive amounts of paper involved in mission critical business processes.
For instance, insurance companies could no longer afford to hire additional clerks to
process an ever-increasing number of claims. While handling more claims for more
customers, they also faced growing demands from customers for information regarding the
status of their claims. Not only were profits and margins being cut, but customer
service
was negatively impacted.
Similar scenarios were taking place in the financial services, retail, healthcare,
transportation, and manufacturing industries. The volume of paper entering these processes
had to be reduced, and access to information made readily available throughout the
